#prospective families

Meet Us

We host several events for campers and families throughout the year to learn more about our programs. Scroll down to see when and where we’ll be!

Home Visits + Meet Ups

In the off-season, our staff are on the road hosting slideshows for new families in different cities around the US. Hosted by a current camp family, these events are a great way to meet our staff and other parents and learn more about our camps.

Watch for our 2025 home visit line up coming in early Fall

Camp Fairs

We travel to several camp fairs throughout the school year and we love it when families stop by to learn more about our programs. Many families meet us at camp fairs and then attend one of our home visits after the fair. Stay tuned for potential camp fair locations and dates.

Tour our Camps

Are you a prospective family that wants to see camp? We are happy to give you a tour! Visit us in the spring, summer, or fall months for the best feel of camp. If you’re planning your visit in the winter, give us a call first and we’ll help arrange a time.

New Camper Events

Each spring we host New Camper events for new and returning camp families as well as families who may be considering camp for future summers.

Learn how to prepare for camp, meet camp staff, and get all your questions answered! These events may be in person or online.

DATES: TBD - STAY TUNED FOR MORE INFORMATION

Open House

Each Spring we host an Open House at our site focused on first-time camp families and those new campers who are interested in joining us in future years. Families are welcome to bring friends who are interested in our camps. Please join us on this day to tour our camps and meet our leadership staff.

Emily has joined the year-round team after five years of being a seasonal summer staff member. A local resident, Emily enjoys the changes of pace that the seasons bring to the Berkshires. In the colder months, she enjoys crocheting, cooking, and baking. In the warmer months, she enjoys hiking and exploring with her husband and three kids (when they aren’t at Chimney!) You can also find her reading or painting whenever she finds the time. In the workplace, she prides herself on her organization and drive for efficiency. Her favorite part about camp is making connections with so many friends from all over the world. Emily looks forward to getting to know more camp families and colleagues in her new role!
