TIERED PRICING

BCCYMCA offers a tiered pricing structure for our camp programs. This model allows families to choose the tuition that best fits their family’s current financial circumstances. Tier 1 represents the actual cost of a session at camp; the subsequent Tiers (2-4) are made possible by the philanthropic support of our community. Tier 5 (Campership) is available to those who meet demonstrated financial need.

We invite you to choose the tier that reflects your current personal financial circumstances. The tier you select will remain confidential and will not impact your camper’s experience.

If you need support beyond the discount at Tier 4, Camperships (Tier 5) are available to qualified families. Camperships are awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Each year, a new application with the most current supporting financial documentation is required. Tier 5/Campership applications will be awarded on a rolling basis as funds allow. We will make awards on a rolling basis as funds allow.

Tier 1

This tier reflects the actual cost of the program for a camper.

Tier 2-4

These tiers reflect prices that are subsidized by the generosity of donations from our BCCYMCA community.

Tier 5

Camperships are awarded based on demonstrated financial need and funded through philanthropic community support. In order to determine qualification, we ask that you complete the campership application.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Camperships are available to qualified families to assist with the payment of tuition. Grants are awarded on the basis of financial need. A new campership application with the most current supporting financial documentation is required each year. Tier 5 financial aid applications are due November 1st. After this date, we will make awards on a rolling basis as our funds allow.

*Financial aid for Travel & Service Programs is only awarded to participants who have attended Chimney Corners Camp or Camp Becket for at least one summer.

Are you a Becket Day Camp family? Please visit the Day Camp page to learn more about applying for financial aid.

Emily has joined the year-round team after five years of being a seasonal summer staff member. A local resident, Emily enjoys the changes of pace that the seasons bring to the Berkshires. In the colder months, she enjoys crocheting, cooking, and baking. In the warmer months, she enjoys hiking and exploring with her husband and three kids (when they aren’t at Chimney!) You can also find her reading or painting whenever she finds the time. In the workplace, she prides herself on her organization and drive for efficiency. Her favorite part about camp is making connections with so many friends from all over the world. Emily looks forward to getting to know more camp families and colleagues in her new role!
