Our Food Service Director is Shaz Atwell who, along with her carefully selected staff, produces more than 12,000 meals each summer. International support staff, as well as students from culinary arts schools like Johnson & Wales University, provide a rich and varied dining experience.
Campers enjoy a variety of kid-friendly meals, including favorites like pizza, pasta, and chili. Whole grains, fresh vegetables and fruit, and lean protein are incorporated into every meal. A salad bar, cereal bar at breakfast, vegetarian option, and peanut butter & jelly are always available. Meals are served family-style, and the staff will always work to accommodate allergies or diet needs.
