Each of our dining halls has its own Food Service Director. Each Director has their own style and specialty type of meals that they prepare.

The menu ideas on this page are specific creations by each of our Food Service Directors and are examples which may not be available to every group. You should contact our Food Service Director for the campus that you will be attending regarding specific meal requests.

Standard Two Star Meal Inclusions

A standard two star meal, included in the price, typically include ‘school lunch’ type meals. Some groups would prefer to supplement this meal, or upgrade it entirely. Here are some examples of how a meal would change, depending on the level you would choose:

There's certainly no outdoor education center out there that can serve a better meal than our Five Star Meals at Berkshire Outdoor Center.
