The largest, most comprehensive educational challenge course in the Northeastern USA

Put on a harness, grab a helmet and set a goal - you're off! See how high you can climb, push yourself physically and mentally. Challenge yourself to navigate with no hands, wearing a blindfold or with a partner! Work from the ground as a part of the belay team and encourage your friends, school-mates and coworkers as they tackle challenges they never dreamed they'd encounter! Celebrate your victories and reflect on the journey back on the ground and take home a new understanding (and respect!) for your own capabilities.



Berkshire Outdoor Center is home to the largest, most comprehensive educational Challenge Course facility in the North-Eastern United States, with over 60 combined low and high elements.

BCCYMCA Challenge Courses & Challenge Course Policies, Procedures and Inspections are certified by ACA, ACCT, and the Massachusetts Department of Public Safety.
