Joe is the head of the executive search firm, Goldsmith & Company and has over 15 years of recruiting and asset management experience. He spent nine years as Co-Founder and Partner at PrinceGoldsmith, which in 2008, was one of the ten largest search firms by revenue. He was also a Managing Director at the executive search firm, Higdon Prince. Before beginning his recruiting career in 1997, Joe worked with Fischer, Francis, Trees & Watts (FFTW), a $35 billion fixed income specialist, where he spent time in New York and London as an investment professional in Emerging Markets, Global Capital Markets and Foreign Exchange. Joe is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and also studied at the Leningrad Gornyi Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Joe is a Camp Becket alumnus, ICEP Japan traveler, and 1986 Aide.
